• Billing and subscription metadata processed through Razorpay
• Usage data such as prompts generated, dashboards viewed, and feature activity

• Support communications and feedback you send us

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve Visiblo
• Generate AI visibility reports, scores, and recommendations
• Process subscriptions, renewals, and payment-related events
• Send service emails such as verification, billing reminders, and product updates
• Monitor security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues

To deliver visibility analysis, Visiblo may send business-related prompts and URLs to third-party AI providers and infrastructure partners. We share only what is necessary to operate the feature you requested.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers. Please review Razorpay's privacy practices for payment processing details.
