Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for Visiblo paid plans.

1. Overview

Visiblo offers monthly subscription plans, including Pro and Growth tiers. Payments are processed in INR through Razorpay. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the billing terms on our pricing page and in these policies.

2. Free plan

The Free plan does not require payment. Free access is subject to plan limits and trial duration shown in the product. No refund applies because no charge is made.

3. Paid subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans are billed monthly. If autopay is enabled, your payment method will be charged automatically at each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal.

When you upgrade from Free to a paid plan, billing starts immediately for the selected plan and monthly usage limits reset according to the plan purchased.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel autopay at any time from your account Settings or by contacting support.

  • If you cancel at cycle end, you keep paid access until the current billing period expires.
  • If you cancel immediately, paid access may end right away depending on the payment method and Razorpay subscription state.
  • Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund charges already processed for the current cycle.

5. Refund eligibility

Because Visiblo provides immediate access to digital services, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started and product usage has been available.

We may issue a refund or account credit only in limited cases, such as:

  • A duplicate charge or confirmed billing error
  • A technical failure that prevented meaningful use of the paid service
  • An unauthorized transaction reported promptly with supporting details
  • Any refund required under applicable consumer protection law

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact us within 7 days of the charge with your account email and payment reference.

6. Failed or disputed payments

If autopay fails, we may notify you by email and restrict paid features after the grace period defined in the product. You can update your payment method and renew from Settings.

Chargebacks or payment disputes should be raised with us first at info@visiblo.in so we can investigate quickly.

7. Plan changes

Upgrades and downgrades between paid plans may be prorated or scheduled for the next billing cycle depending on the payment method and Razorpay subscription configuration. Any price difference shown during checkout or in account settings is authoritative for that change.
